SMS/Communication Data

  • SMS messages sent and received through the Service
  • Email notifications and summaries

We retain data only as long as required to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

  • Voicemail audio: Retained for 90 days unless otherwise configured
  • Transcript text & SMS summaries: Retained for 90 days
  • Account & consent records: Retained for the duration of your account plus any legally required period (typically 4-6 years for TCPA/CTIA compliance)
  • Log data: Retained for 12 months

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect or store information from children.

8. International Users

If accessing the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the processing and storage of your data in the USA, where privacy laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

You have the right to:
